Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your return policy?
Our return policy is listed on your invoice.  It states that any unused, re-sellable merchandise can be returned within 30 days of its ship date if you are not fully satisfied.  A valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be issued through our customer service department prior to returning.  All returns must be pre-paid.

2. Do you have a "Trial and Consignment" program?
Sorry, but no.  We do not offer any free trials. 

3. Can I pay my invoice online?
We are looking at possible enabling an online bill pay feature on our website, but right now, the answer is no.  We do, however, offer convenient check-by-phone, check-by-fax options, and accept all major credit card payments at no additional cost to you. Contact a bookkeeping representative today to find out how to take advantage of one of these methods.  

4. Can I speak to someone in your sales department?
Actually, we do not have a sales department, nor do we employ any salesmen. Your order was submitted to us by an independent marketing company that you placed your order with. We do have a customer service department that can answer any questions about your order.

5. If you don't have a sales department, how can I place an order?
Feel free to call in or email with your contact information and what you’re interested in ordering.  We will make sure you are contacted right away by a friendly, knowledgeable marketing representative who will be able to service your needs. 

6. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Generally, orders are received within 5-7 business days of being verified and sent to the warehouse to ship (the exception being Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada).

7. How much do you charge to ship my order?
We ALWAYS cover the UPS Ground freight charge to you within the 48 contiguous states.  We also offer USPS Parcel Post shipping to Alaska and Hawaii also free of charge.

8. Can you send me one of your catalogs?
Our in-house catalog is literally the size of multiple phone books.  Although we cannot send catalogs in the mail, we are in the process of getting one published on our website.  In the meantime, check out our online brochure and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
